Our Promise To You
/Our promise to you is that when we leave after making the sale we will not ghost you. At no point during the process should you ever feel panic that we have forgotten about you.
We are contractors. We know this. We know the bad rap contractors have and we also know that any of them have earned it. But we vow to do better. We believe that being so glad that you chose us to work on your home means not having doubt that we're doing what we said we would do.
Windows and doors have the longest lead period - particularly with the stunted post-COVID supply chains - so we know that the WAITING for your windows after you have FINALLY got to a point where you can order can feel EXCRUCIATING. And although we believe that we earn your business in part because you trust us, we believe that trust is more than a one time thing. Relationships are more important that transactions. So for that reason, we will reach out to you multiple times between the sale and the install.
We will confirm that the order is placed and currently in production at the factory. We will give you updates every month that generally just serve as a reminder to you that your job is in our pipeline and we have looked at it and it is progressing as expected. If we discover that the expected install date needs an adjustment we will give you as much notice on that as we can. You will receive a phone call from us to schedule your install when the time comes. We will remind you at that time how to prepare for the install date. We will also send you a text message the day before to remind you. And when the guys finish up you will receive a text message so you can review how the install went.
The goal we have… the promise we make to you… is that you will not have to wonder if we are still coming or what time. You will not have to question whether or not we are showing up. You will not have uncertainty. Because we are the experts in your install. We install every day all year. You probably get ready for a window install only a few times in your life. You aren’t supposed to drive the process. You are supposed to leave it in our capable hands to manage for you.
It is going to be easy for you.
