COVID-19 Response on Installs

We are confident we can work within social distance rules for our installs.  In lots of ways, the install work is the easiest.

Both our installers and ourselves are committed to slowing the spread of COVID-19 and keeping your family safe.   If anyone is not feeling well,  or is living in the same house as someone who becomes sick we will reschedule the install.  Noone on our team has travelled outside MN.  If anyone in your home has travelled recently or is experiencing any feverish or flu like symptoms we ask that you call to reschedule your installation.

We do need you home to let the installer in to the house.  After that,  we ask that you spend time in an area of the house where they are not working.  We have supplied them with Clorox wipes and asked them to wipe down each window, casing and jamb when they are finished.  For your own peace of mind, we ask that you do the same after they leave.

We are all doing our best and being as flexible as we can to stay safe, stay healthy, and keep moving forward.
